Sussx Sports is based in Perth, Western Australia. We are a sportswear brand that began its life on the tennis court. We are inspired by the game of tennis and our goal is to offer sportswear, apparel and leisurewear that is functional, comfortable, practical and can withstand the harsh exercise regime on the court and life outside of the court.

As a tennis enthusiastic Joe Chuma, the founder of Sussx Sports spent countless hours on the tennis court either playing or watching his son Joey train in the various tennis squads. Through discussions with other tennis parents on the quality of tennis wear that was currently available, Joe realized there was an opportunity to create a brand that could truly serve the needs of the sports community.

Sussx Sports is a sportswear company dedicated to blending high performance with sustainability. We specialize in crafting sportswear for a variety of activities, designed with the athlete in mind. Our mission is to provide premium-quality gear made from a mix of natural fibers like bamboo with Spandex, offering exceptional moisture-wicking properties, stretchability, and breathability. These materials not only enhance comfort and flexibility but also promote environmentally sustainable practices. Sussxsports x Tennis West Partnership

Sussx Sports is proud to announce a new partnership with Tennis West the peak body of Tennis in Western Australia. Sussx Sports will become the Official Apparel Partner of the Tennis West State Teams competing in the 11s, 13s, and 15s age group divisions for both girls and boys in 2026 from June 18-29 in KDV in Gold Coast Queensland.

This exciting collaboration marks a significant step in supporting the next generation of tennis talent in Western Australia. Sussx Sports is a Perth-based sportswear brand known for its high-performance tennis apparel and commitment to grassroots sport.

As part of the agreement, Sussx Sports will provide playing uniforms for each team and coaches, ensuring that all junior state team athletes are outfitted in premium gear that reflects their elite status. The Sussx Sports logo will be featured on every piece of apparel supplied to the teams, with design to reflect the WA traditional colours Black and Gold and emblem of the Black Swan.

Sussxsports x Blue Gum Park Tennis Club Partnership

SussxSports is now the official apparel partner of Blue Gum Park Tennis Club.

Starting this season, every member gets kitted out in SussxSports gear. Match shirts, warm-up jackets, the lot. Junior squads, too.

The deal came together after the club's committee spent days testing fabric samples on the court and grip on the visor, breathability on the polo, and stitching that survives a full clay season. SussxSports passed on all three.

"We didn't want a logo slapped on a stock shirt," said the club chairperson, who led the negotiations. "We wanted gear that actually holds up through a wet Tuesday league match."

New match-day kit rolls out for all 6 club teams before the September league starts. Match shirts, warm-up jackets, the lot. Junior squads get their own colourway, separate from the senior teams.

Empowering women in tennis with Hensman Park State League Sponsorship

We've been lucky enough to walk alongside the Hensman Park Women's State League team for a couple of seasons now, and honestly, it never gets old.

Eight incredible women. Ten weeks of high stakes, televised tennis and Back to back championship titles in 2023/24 and 2024/25. We kit them out with training gear and match day uniforms but really, they do all the hard work.

The WA State League is the best tennis in the region, and watching these women compete week in week out is exactly why we started Sussx Sports. We're not just a sponsor. We're fans.

Supporting women's sport matters to us not because it sounds good on paper, but because these athletes deserve the same quality gear, visibility and recognition as anyone else on the court.
