What does Sussx Sports sell?
We're a Perth-based sportswear brand specialising in tennis apparel and activewear for men, women, and kids including leggings, skirts, tops, shorts, and hoodies. We're also proud to be the Official Apparel Partner for Tennis West's junior state teams, and we design custom uniforms for tennis clubs across the region.
How much does shipping cost, and how long will my order take?
Shipping is a flat $9.95 for orders under $150, and free for orders over $150. Most deliveries arrive within 1–3 business days, with slightly longer timeframes for customers in other parts of the world.
Can I return an item if it's not right for me?
Yes! we offer a 90-day return window. Items must be unworn, unused, with tags attached, and in their original packaging. Please get in touch with us info@sussxactive.com before sending anything back so we can process your return properly. Please also note that sale items and gift cards are final sale.
When will I receive my refund?
Once your return is received and approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Customers ordering from the EU also benefit from a 14-day cooling-off period, allowing cancellation for any reason.
Do Sussx Sports make custom uniforms for clubs or teams?
Absolutely! custom club and team uniforms are a core part of what we do. We've proudly outfitted clubs including East Fremantle, Claremont, Greenwood, and North Beach Tennis Club. If your club is interested, get in touch through our contact page and we'll help bring your uniform to life.
